Graduate Student

Mathis received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL and gained research experience in the groups of Drs. Olivo and Prisinzano at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA.

Mathis' research interests are directed towards the synthesis of analogs to improve Taxol®'s potency and accessibility.
