The research in our group is centered around the chemistry of biologically active natural products, especially those with activity against cancer, with major areas being:

• Chemistry and Mechanism of Action of Tubulin-binding Anticancer Drugs
• Isolation and Structure Elucidation of New Natural Products with Anti-Cancer Activity
• Use of Natural Products Chemistry To Promote Biodiversity Conservation, Economic Development, and Drug Discovery in Madagascar
